We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Senior Vice President of Global Solution Engineering for Data Foundation INTL, reporting into the Global EVP of Solutions + Consumption. This executive will lead a high-performing global Solutions Engineering organization and shape a differentiated go-to-market strategy that reinforces the Data Foundation position as an industry leader. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of the Informatica and MuleSoft landscape, strong technical acumen across the product suite, and a sharp awareness of the competitive ecosystem.
This individual will be integral in helping harness the growth potential within the INTL Markets (EMEA + UKI, LATAM, ANZ), while playing a large role in leading the vision of Data Foundation’s role in the Agentic Journey across Salesforce Core. This leader will play a critical role in aligning cross-functional teams – including Sales, Industry, Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and Strategy – and will be a key player in strategic customer engagements and large-scale initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and scale Data Foundation Global Solution Engineering organization across multiple unique regions as one unified INTL team, with a focus on attracting, developing, and retaining world-class talent while fostering a culture of engagement, inclusion, and high performance.
- Champion the Agentic Enterprise vision by positioning the full Data Foundation portfolio – including integration, data management, governance, and agentic capabilities – as the foundation for customers' evolving AI, data, automation, and digital transformation priorities.
- Drive continuous innovation in solution selling strategies, ensuring teams deliver differentiated, industry-specific value propositions that resonate with customer needs.
- Build and sustain trusted C-level relationships with strategic customers, guiding complex digital transformation initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Partner closely with the Sales leadership team to co-develop and execute go-to-market strategies, aligned to growth objectives and evolving market dynamics.
- Establish strong collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Innovation teams to ensure alignment with the product roadmap and enable field teams and customers to fully realize the value of the MuleSoft and Informatica platform.
- Champion diversity and inclusion while driving performance management, talent development, and robust succession planning to ensure leadership continuity and career growth opportunities across the team.
- Serve as a cultural ambassador and model Salesforce values, setting a high bar for leadership excellence across the global organization.
Experience & Skills Required:
- Strategic thought partner to the EVP of INTL with high influence to the Global C-Suite in collaboration with EVP of Global Solutions, contributing to technology vision and differentiated points of view that influence product strategy and market direction.
- Extensive pre-sales leadership or consulting experience in enterprise software – particularly within Sales, Marketing, Service, or Support solutions – with a strong sales orientation and commercial acumen.
- Proven ability to build and grow trusted relationships at the C-level, with a consistent track record of selling and shaping value-based solutions, particularly with CIOs and senior IT stakeholders.
- A strong technical acumen and ability to translate technical complex concepts in a simple yet comprehensive way to non-technical and technical professionals alike.
- Experience leading complex enterprise transformations, including shaping multi-phase roadmaps and driving business innovation at scale.
- Demonstrated success in scaling high-performing global pre-sales or consulting organizations, with a commitment to operational excellence and a growth mindset.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding revenue and performance goals, while fostering an environment of team development, collaboration, and accountability.
