Internship Duration: Start date: 15 June 2026; End date: 21 August 2026.

Role Overview: This role will have significant scope and impact, partnering closely with Employee Success (ES) teams including ESBPs, ES Data Analytics, Talent Development, People Services & Operations (PS&O) and Compensation to coordinate, roll out and complete ES programs and initiatives that support the business needs of the organization. The ideal candidate is one who is interested in making an impact at scale in one of the fastest growing companies and the industry; excels in a fast paced, high engagement environment; and is looking to work with a strong ES Organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist and collaborate with the ES Partners to deliver on the organization’s talent strategy and strategic projects and initiatives.
  • Partner with ES partners to help deliver seamless processes, programs and insights across the organization.
  • Provide project management of high visibility, high impact strategic programs and initiatives.
  • Cascade information across the ES organization and track program objectives, enablement, timelines, and communication plans to ESBPs and ESPCs.
  • Create tools, templates and resources as needed for consistent service delivery at scale.
  • Provide operational and analytical support to the ESBPs with quantitative data in supporting tactical and strategic HR initiatives.
  • Monitor and interpret trends and metrics around employee satisfaction, attrition and turnover, etc.
  • Build narratives using data and insights, and partner with ESBPs to establish recommendations for improvement or enhancements based on analysis.
  • Other responsibilities as they arise.

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelors program with a focus on business, human resources, consulting, or a related field, expected to graduate in 2027.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to work with data and draw insights.
  • Quantitative skills (especially for business or engineering backgrounds).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret information.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, data modeling, and analysis tools.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in teams across diverse functions.
  • Comfortable presenting ideas and engaging with stakeholders.
  • Active listening and the ability to gather feedback.
  • Adaptability & Learning Agility: Can thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
  • Eager to learn new technologies, tools, and processes quickly.
  • Flexible mindset and ability to pivot when priorities shift.
  • Self-motivated with a growth mindset.
  • Business Acumen & Strategic Thinking: Understanding of HR processes, employee experience, or organizational development.
  • Ability to connect tactical work to broader business objectives.
  • Interest in the tech industry and employee-facing programs.
  • Results-driven with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Google Suite, especially Sheets.
  • Experience with Slack.
  • Previous intern or consulting experience.
  • Knowledge of HR technology platforms.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
  • Previous internship or work experience in HR, or related field is a plus.
