About Salesforce: Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Overview of the Role: As an Associate Relationship Manager for Launchpad EMEA, you serve as Salesforce's primary presence in the European startup ecosystem — building scalable programs, driving technical engagement, and helping VC-backed founders at every stage unlock the full value of the Salesforce platform. You sit at the intersection of startup community, AI-powered tooling, and enterprise software, working closely with EMEA SMB sales leadership and the global Launchpad team.
Responsibilities:
- Drive technical engagement and value creation across the EMEA startup landscape — configuring use cases, demonstrating Agentforce capabilities, and helping founders understand what Headless 360 and AgentExchange unlock for their business, serving as a credible technical resource for companies that lack access to enterprise-level support.
- Own the EMEA Launchpad program pipeline end-to-end, designing and building repeatable engagement programs for startups from accelerator stage through to growth stage, and working closely with EMEA SMB sales leadership and account teams to ensure VC-backed companies are identified, prioritised, and engaged in a value-led way.
- Enable the EMEA sales organisation by running enablement sessions and office hours that equip sales leaders and AEs to engage startups consistently, and by collaborating with Launchpad leadership to scale what works across the broader team.
- Build and host founder and ecosystem events across EMEA — including curated breakfasts, innovation centre events, and partner activations — and contribute to strategic portfolio reviews with data-driven insights on the evolving European startup landscape.
Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience building programs, processes, or products from scratch in an early-stage, high-growth, or startup-adjacent environment — whether through founding a company, owning a technical sales function, running a founder program, or developing scalable GTM processes.
- Technical fluency with platform configuration, AI-powered tools, and developer tooling, with the ability to earn trust and hold credible conversations with technical founders, operators, and engineering teams.
- Direct experience working in or closely with the venture capital and startup ecosystem, with a strong understanding of how VC-backed companies operate and what founders care about at different stages of growth.
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with a track record of working effectively across sales, technical, and executive stakeholders in complex, multi-disciplinary environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in venture capital, enterprise software, startup ecosystem roles, business development, technical sales, or a related field with a strong commercial and technical intersection.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered solutions, vibe coding, or AI-assisted configuration tools, with a genuine point of view on how they are reshaping how startups operate and scale.
- Familiarity with the Salesforce platform and the GTM tech stack for startups, including Agentforce, AgentExchange, and Headless 360.
- Experience hosting or managing ecosystem events, founder communities, or partner programs across European markets.
