The Solution Engineer for Comms will act as a trusted advisor to our customers while aiding the customer’s transformational journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the account teams with technical and sales skills.
  • Own the technical solution and orchestrate the various solutions specialists across the sales lifecycle.
  • Proven ability to bring innovative solutions to life for customers.
  • Willingness to learn and adopt new technology such as Agentforce.
  • Support Marketing and events to drive pipeline and the industry understanding on the Salesforce industry capabilities.
  • Define and agree a reference Solution architecture that resonates to the industry.
  • Convey a deep understanding of the client’s industry and technology as it pertains to Salesforce’s solutions.
  • Coordinate and lead the entire solution cycle through close collaboration with other teams.
  • Understand the customer’s needs, and establish Salesforce’s product as the best solution that solves unique challenges.
  • Develop and deliver innovative custom solutions, build and present customised demos of Salesforce products including solution concepts to key decision-makers to address their business issues and needs showing business value.
  • Participate in all appropriate product, sales, and procedural training and certifications to acquire and maintain the knowledge vital to be effective in the position.
  • Attain quarterly and annual objectives assigned by management.
  • Respond efficiently to RFPs.
  • Lead the technical side of the sales cycle.
  • Have a strong curiosity about growing your career and participating in our internal training programs and mentorship initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of Business Fundamentals and how Salesforce can support business capabilities.
  • Ability to demonstrate an understanding of the value and benefits that Salesforce can provide to customers.
  • Ability to build and configure demonstration on the platform.
  • Experience implementing Digital Transformation strategies and delivering increased success to their customers.
  • Track record of solution engineering, consultancy, delivery, or training success for an enterprise software solution organization.
  • Proven oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication and relationship skills.
  • Proven time management skills in a dynamic team environment.
  • Ability to work as part of a team to tackle problems in dynamic, energizing environments.
  • Inquisitive, practical, and passionate about technology and sharing knowledge.
  • Loves to be the first to know something and to understand why and how things happen.
  • Good at searching out information and experimenting, love to concentrate on a particular topic, and tackle puzzles.
  • Good at explaining ideas and finding ways to keep people’s attention.
  • Willing and able to travel occasionally.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Product knowledge and certifications.
  • Ability to configure and build demonstrations on the Salesforce platform.
  • Experience with selling too or working within a business services environment.
