We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Enablement Specialist to join the UKI Enablement team. This role will support the execution of key enablement initiatives across the region, ensuring sellers ramp quickly and the field has access to the right programs, tools, and resources. The Enablement Specialist will work closely with Enablement Business Partners and regional stakeholders to deliver onboarding, orchestrate enablement programs, and support the operational backbone of the enablement function.
Key Priorities
- Regional Onboarding: Own and support the Welcome to UKI onboarding program, ensuring new hires are equipped with the tools, context, and resources to succeed. Manage execution, tracking, and reporting of onboarding programs each quarter.
- Program Communications & Resource Hub: Manage program communications and support with learner engagement for regional programs as necessary. Maintain and organize the regional enablement resource hub to ensure easy access to materials and resources.
- Reporting & Insights: Track and consolidate enablement participation, APMs results for all programs. Pull measurement, survey feedback, and reporting to provide insights on program impact.
- Enablement Program Management: Support the planning, orchestration, and execution of strategic enablement sessions for the region. Coordinate program logistics, SMEs, and delivery of locally-driven enablement initiatives.
Skills & Experience
- 2–4+ years experience in program management, enablement, operations, or sales support
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in ambiguity
- Experience in sales enablement, sales programs, or sales operations
