Our team sells the full Salesforce product portfolio into sub-verticals of the Healthcare & Life Sciences industry, partnering with some of our most strategic enterprise customers. We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join our Healthcare & Life Sciences (HLS) team, where you will lead net-new logo acquisition across a defined large enterprise territory. This is a high-impact business development role at the heart of Salesforce's HLS growth strategy, offering a unique opportunity to build executive relationships, shape repeatable industry sales motions, and grow a long-term enterprise sales career.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

  • Lead and drive new logo acquisition within a defined enterprise HLS territory, building and executing strategic account plans focused on white-space growth.
  • Prospect, develop, and close complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise opportunities while engaging senior executive stakeholders across IT, digital, commercial, and clinical functions.
  • Collaborate with Solution Engineers, Industry Advisors, Marketing, and Partners to deliver value-based solutions and contribute to scalable, repeatable sales motions across Healthcare and Life Sciences.
  • Accurately manage pipeline, forecasting, and activity in CRM while developing a comprehensive understanding of Salesforce's HLS solutions and industry use cases.

  • You have experience selling complex technology solutions into large or enterprise customers, with a proven ability to manage long, consultative sales cycles.
  • You have a track record in a business development or net-new logo role, with excellent business acumen, discovery skills, and ability to build credibility with executives.
  • You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, building pipeline from the ground up, and communicating value clearly to senior executives.
  • You bring a motivated, resilient mindset with a passion to win net-new business and genuine curiosity to learn.
