We are committed to supporting those who protect the nation—from frontline personnel to logistics and procurement specialists—by delivering enhanced situational awareness and operational efficiency. If you thrive in a high-stakes, collaborative environment and want to work with the world's leading technology team to secure the UK’s future, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Develop and execute the Salesforce Defence market strategy, aligning with MoD priorities such as the Defence Capability Framework and the AUKUS technology pillars.
- Executive Relationships: Build and maintain deep, trusted executive-level relationships within the MOD (Main Building), Strategic Command, DE&S (Defence Equipment & Support), and the Front Line Commands (Army, Navy, RAF).
- Business Development Leadership: Act as the lead Subject Matter Expert (SME) on strategic captures, articulating visionary value propositions that demonstrate how Salesforce enables rapid decision-making and digital superiority.
- Industry Innovation: Champion the vision for Single Source of Truth in Defence, developing blueprints that enhance interoperability across the "Spiral Development" lifecycle and support the well-being of the Defence Enterprise.
- Partnership Building: Collaborate with the Defence Industrial Base, including Prime Contractors, System Integrators (SIs), and SME innovators, to create comprehensive, end-to-end mission solutions.
- Thought Leadership: Represent Salesforce as a premier thought leader at key events (e.g., DSEI, Air Day), executive briefings, and through published insights on the future of Defence technology.
