We seek a dynamic leader with advanced technical sales expertise and a deep understanding of data and cloud technologies. In this role, you will partner closely with prospective clients to address their most pressing challenges and showcase how Data 360 can deliver customized solutions to meet their most critical business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data 360 Leadership: Define and lead distinct, compelling GTM for Data 360 in EMEA. As the leader of this critical team, you will drive exceptional performance across a specialized sales team while scale revenue by influencing Core, Marketing, Tableau and other sellers to focus on Data 360.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various Salesforce functions (Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Finance, Employee Success, and Recruiting) to maximize resources for Data 360. Leverage feedback from customers and internal teams to influence product development and refine the strategic roadmap. Build deep relationships with internal executives.
- Growth Strategy: Jointly own the long-term growth strategy for Data 360. Identify new opportunities within industry verticals, expand business channels, and cultivate strategic partnerships to drive business growth and expansion.
- Team Leadership & Talent Development: Build and lead a high-performing team for Data 360, driving recruitment, development, coaching, and performance management. Foster a diverse and inclusive culture that aligns with Salesforce's core values of trust, customer success, innovation, equality, and sustainability, while cultivating the next generation of Salesforce talent.
- Drive large-format internal enablement sessions (all-hands, kickoffs, summits), translating strategy into compelling, high-energy narratives that motivate and align teams.
- Represent the organization on stage at company-wide events, industry conferences, and leadership forums. Act as a credible spokesperson who can flex between executive audiences and broad employee populations.
Required Qualifications:
- Expertise in data platforms, cloud technologies, and data analytics, with a strong ability to communicate complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences in EMEA region.
- Proven experience in leading second or third-line strategic sales teams at national or global levels, with a track record of exceeding revenue targets.
- Demonstrated success in recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing teams.
- Ability to drive organizational transformation, foster cultural change, and implement continuous improvements in high-growth environments.
- Deep experience in managing relationships within highly matrixed organizations and collaborating across multiple business units.
- Strong operational and analytical skills, with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.).
