Overview of the Role: As a Customer Outcome Executive, you sit at the intersection of sales and customer success within our UKI Chief Customer Office. You lead a new, proactive customer success motion that orchestrates the handoff from sales vision to post-sale value realisation, ensuring customers see measurable value from their Salesforce investments from day one and throughout their lifecycle. This is a quota-carrying, high-impact role based in London.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with sales on strategic, high-value opportunities to define a clear, customer-aligned path to value, agreeing well-resourced and measurable success plans upfront with customers.
  • Own a portfolio of new logo accounts, diagnosing challenges such as low adoption, shelfware, or under-realised value.
  • Lead cross-functional strategies to stabilise accounts.
  • Manage a services-focused quota spanning Signature Success, Premier Success, and Advisory Services, unlocking incremental value across the customer portfolio.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in a new logo sales role within a complex, enterprise SaaS environment.
  • Track record of managing a quota or revenue target.
  • Experience developing and executing customer success or value-realisation plans with measurable outcomes.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, delivery, and services teams to resolve account issues and drive adoption.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with customer health scoring or adoption analytics tools.
  • Background in change management or organisational adoption strategy.
  • Experience presenting to executive-level stakeholders on account strategy or recovery plans.
