b Overview /b p As a Forward Deployed Consultant on the Regrello team within Salesforces Agentforce platform, you drive AI-powered process automation from business case to go-live. You collaborate with customer leaders to define success metrics and a roadmap, delivering rapid blueprints and end-to-end implementations. You own delivery, manage scope, and enable customer teams and partners with clear documentation and training. This role offers impact at scale through enterprise automation and cross-functional collaboration with executives. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Build the business case and success metrics with a multi-year automation roadmap /li li Turn discovery work into a working automated workflow (Blueprint) using AI agents and prompting tools /li li Manage delivery end-to-end to go-live, including scoping, build, UAT, data migration and cutover /li li Handle scope changes and prioritize valuable first releases to enable launch /li li Handover to partners and customer teams with documentation, training, and success measures /li li Use each launch to unlock the next process on the roadmap /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li 5+ years in solutions consulting, forward deployed, management consulting, product management, process automation or business analysis /li li Understanding of ERP/finance operations processes (procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, AP/AR, supplier onboarding) /li li Experience building AI or agent-based automation, including prompts and outputs, and knowledge of integration patterns (REST, SOAP, event-based) and their risks /li li Ability to write clear requirements and user stories and communicate with senior executives, including transparent issue reporting and remediation plans /li li Alignment with core role competencies and proven project ownership from discovery to go-live /li /ul ul li Stakeholder management /li li Clear communication with executives /li li Problem-solving and risk management /li li AI/agent-based automation /li li Prompt design and prompt engineering /li li Understanding of REST, SOAP, and event-based integrations /li /ul
