About the Role: Shape the future of Travel, Transport & Hospitality with Salesforce. Salesforce is looking for an ambitious, commercially driven Enterprise Account Executive to join our UK Travel, Transport & Hospitality (TTH) team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to help some of the UK's most recognised organisations transform how they connect with customers, empower their employees and drive business growth through the Salesforce Platform.

You will take a strategic, entrepreneurial approach to developing a diverse territory of established and emerging enterprise accounts, uncovering new opportunities and unlocking untapped potential. This isn't simply about managing existing relationships - it's about building a vision for growth, creating meaningful customer partnerships and turning ambitious business challenges into transformational outcomes.

Working alongside talented product, technical and industry specialists, you'll bring the power of Salesforce's full platform to life, helping customers explore what's possible and shaping the next chapter of their digital transformation.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute strategic account and territory plans across a mix of established and newer TTH accounts, including identifying and developing white-space opportunities.
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting through close, engaging senior and C-suite decision-makers.
  • Partner with product technical specialists and internal teams to craft and deliver value propositions tailored to each customer’s goal.
  • Act as a trusted digital advisor to existing customers, deepening relationships and identifying opportunities to grow their use of the Salesforce Platform.

Required Qualifications:

  • Significant experience in a quota-carrying enterprise B2B technology or SaaS sales role.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and execute strategic account plans and lead multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles, including engagement with senior and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, including closing large, strategic deals (6-7 figure ACV).
  • Experience leading or influencing cross-functional teams to deliver customer outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience selling into Travel, Transport and Hospitality industries.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms or similar enterprise technology.
  • Experience developing new business in under-penetrated or white-space accounts.
