Our team sells the full Salesforce product portfolio into sub-verticals of the Automotive / Aerospace & Defence industry, partnering with some of our most strategic enterprise customers. We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to own and grow a small number of strategic enterprise accounts within the Automotive and Aerospace & Defence vertical. This is an enterprise-facing role where you will act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, guiding customers through digital transformation and industry disruption while communicating Salesforce’s differentiated value. This role is based in London, UK (hybrid).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account strategies that align Salesforce’s solutions with customer business objectives, driving digital transformation across the Automotive and Aerospace & Defence industry.
  • Build strong relationships with C‑level and senior stakeholders across IT, Marketing, and Digital teams to position Salesforce as a long‑term trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Solution Engineers, Industry Leads, and Customer Success to deliver tailored, value‑based solutions that address key industry challenges.
  • Meet and exceed pipeline and revenue targets, contributing to the growth of the Automotive and Aerospace & Defence vertical.

Qualifications

  • You have extensive experience selling enterprise software at scale, managing large and complex deal cycles.
  • You understand customer business challenges and can clearly explain the value of Salesforce’s solutions to address them.
  • You are a self‑starter who is driven and motivated, with a track record of achieving significant revenue targets.
  • You are experienced working with partners, advisory firms, and cross‑functional teams to drive results in fast‑paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • You have a deep understanding of the Automotive and/or Aerospace & Defence industry and its key trends, including AI‑driven insights, personalisation, and operational efficiency.
  • You have experience navigating complex enterprise accounts and long‑term strategic planning within sub‑verticals.
