Salesforce’s Sales Programs team is focused on enabling AEs on how to successfully and efficiently create quality pipe gen. This role will support the next level of Salesforce growth focused on Data Foundation within Salesforce’s critical engines of growth: Informatica and MuleSoft.

In this high-impact role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to senior Sales leadership, supporting the design and execution of strategic sales programs that deliver high-quality pipeline and revenue growth. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales leaders to understand business needs, and partner cross-functionally with teams across Marketing, Sales Strategy, Enablement, Finance, and Product to build and operationalize scalable sales programs. This role requires a strong grasp of the sales process, an analytical mindset, and the ability to turn insights into action. The ideal candidate has either been in Sales or worked directly with Sales to understand a salesperson’s needs and mentality. The ideal candidate is also a strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments, can balance long-term vision with short-term execution, and brings a startup mentality with a sharp focus on results. Your executive presence, curiosity, and ability to influence across teams will be key to driving impact at scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Support Sales Program Design & Execution: Collaborate with Sales Program leads to design and deliver sales programs that align with strategic business goals and seller needs.
  • Generate Business Insights: Analyze pipeline, performance, and productivity data to uncover opportunities and recommend program enhancements.
  • Monitor & Optimize Program Performance: Track KPIs, manage dashboards, and assess program impact post-launch; adjust as needed to improve results.
  • Partner Across Teams: Work cross-functionally with Sales Strategy, Product Marketing, Enablement, and other teams to coordinate program execution and support seller readiness.
  • Communicate Program Impact: Develop clear, compelling summaries and visuals to share program insights and recommendations with Sales leaders and stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in Sales Programs, Sales Strategy, Sales Enablement, or Business Operations.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a cloud-based data or AI company, ideally with exposure to data infrastructure, analytics, AI/ML platforms, or cloud services.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM; experience using Salesforce dashboards and reports is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, or similar analytics tools; knowledge of SQL is a plus.
  • Ability to create polished, executive-facing presentations using PowerPoint or Google Slides.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and driving alignment across teams.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce certifications are a plus.
  • Familiarity with data and analytics tools to support insight-driven decision making.
  • Exposure to tools such as SQL, Tableau, Snowflake or other analytical platforms.
