Our Community Practice Leaders build, nurture, and grow professional networks across Informatica and key strategic partners, aligning them with priority cloud and data use cases. Operating from our London offices, this is a highly cross-functional role that requires strong local initiative, seamless collaboration across matrixed regional teams, and direct executive customer engagement to deliver expert guidance and drive measurable business results across UK/Ireland and broader European markets.

At Informatica, a Salesforce Company, our employees are empowered to push their bold ideas forward. We are united by a shared passion for using data to achieve the extraordinary for each other, our customers, and the world. We seek innovative, autonomous thinkers who believe in the power of data to drive meaningful change.

  • Support Strategic Commercial Opportunities: Accelerate complex sales pursuits by creating reusable enterprise assets, coaching field resources, and engaging directly as a trusted advisor with Dutch and European enterprise customers.
  • Master GTM Execution: Maintain a deep understanding of GTM messaging, localized market drivers, and regional enablement strategies to enhance the impact of the CoP on overall business growth.
  • Foster Cross-Functional Alliances: Establish and maintain robust partnerships across regional Sales, Marketing, and Product teams, ensuring regular communication and clear project accountability.
  • Drive Platform Engagement: Oversee the development of digital enablement pages (including Seismic) and interactive community initiatives to expand active participation.
  • Champion the CoP Mission: Promote the value proposition of the Community of Practice both internally and externally within the local tech ecosystem.
  • Collaborate Globally: Partner with the broader Industry Advisor team and international technical sales leaders to deploy deep architectural and business-value expertise.

  • Modern Enterprise Tech: Enterprise SaaS, Middleware (PaaS), MuleSoft integration architecture, and IaaS technologies.

Qualifications You'll Need To Be Successful

  • Leadership Experience: 5+ years of director-level or senior strategic experience within enterprise software companies, successfully managing multiple complex workstreams and deadlines in a consultative sales context.
  • Data Governance: Including data quality, data profiling, classifications, catalog, data privacy/protection. Hands-on experience highly preferred.
  • Communication Excellence: Demonstrated ability to articulate highly complex technical concepts and data architectures to both technical and non-technical audiences, both verbally and in writing.
