  • Any experience of client management, due diligence or understanding of requirements across the funds industry would be preferable, willingness to learn and develop practical knowledge in the many facets of fund distribution, is equally as important.

Who are we looking for?
An exciting opportunity to join the fastest growing area in fund solutions within our Distribution team.
As a member of our expanding team, you will support the distribution of funds internationally.The job will include, amongst other responsibilities, data management, reconciliation, client services and business acceptance testing.
You will be working in the Fund Distribution Platform Operations team which is part of the broader Distribution Operations team. The team’s focus is on management of day-to-day queries, onboarding of new platforms and funds to the platform, providing vendors with data, reports and documents, the billing for services provided including reconciliation of fee receivables and the management of accounting related tasks attached to the business. The compilation of analyses for both platforms and the internal board reports will form part of the role. Queries need to be managed from various stakeholders – internal teams such as finance, client relationship management, client reporting as well as external stakeholders such as the platforms themselves and clients. As part of the role, you will also be involved in the Oversight of the UK ACD for Carne which is heavily focused on platform engagement. You will also have visibility and involvement in a range of distribution functions for the UK such as distributor due diligence, AML/KYC, board reporting

What are the minimum requirements you need for the role?

What is your role and your responsibilities?

  • Onboarding new funds/share classes to the various platforms
  • Ensure a positive and professional client service through:
  • Good customer relations
  • Quick and satisfactory resolution of queries
  • Support the team in the development and implementation of a stringent fund data process and governance by:
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders and supporting the business with new internal or external data feeds.
  • Actively harmonising and simplifying fund data management processes in close collaboration with process owners and key users.
  • Ensuring a high level of data quality, accuracy and service delivery through monitoring and validating static and dynamic fund data.
  • Continuous customer experience process improvement
  • Support the development and ongoing optimisation of internal processes
