Role Summary
This role will provide dedicated administrative and project support to the Compliance and Strategic Operations teams in delivering the Market TOBA Refresh Project and associated client remediation activities.
The role will support the coordination of Know Your Customer (KYC) reviews, document collection, sanctions screening administration, market due diligence activities, Letters of Capacity reviews, stakeholder engagement and record management. The role will help ensure that regulatory and internal compliance requirements are met across the Group’s insurer, broker and client relationships.
This is an entry-level fixed term contract position suited to someone with strong organisational and administrative skills, excellent attention to detail and an interest in gaining insurance experience. The role will involve managing documentation, maintaining accurate records, coordinating information and supporting stakeholders to ensure project activities are completed within agreed timescales.
Role Accountabilities
- Support the delivery of the Market TOBA Refresh Project and associated compliance remediation activities.
- Obtain, review and maintain updated KYC documentation for market counterparties, insurers, brokers and clients.
- Conduct searches for required KYC information from approved sources and ensure all documentation is accurately recorded and saved within designated repositories.
- Coordinate the collection of director and shareholder information for relevant entities.
- Facilitate the screening process for directors and shareholders and ensure screening certificates are saved and appropriately filed.
- Obtain, track and maintain all Letters of Capacity relating to market counterparties.
- Ensure Letters of Capacity are reviewed by the relevant stakeholders and submitted to the Market Security Committee for review and approval where required.
- Identify missing documentation and prepare individual communications to counterparties requesting outstanding information.
- Monitor responses and maintain follow-up activities to ensure documentation is received within agreed timeframes.
- Support the onboarding of new counterparties and clients by ensuring compliance documentation requirements are completed and recorded.
- Maintain accurate and auditable records of all compliance activities completed as part of the project.
- Produce regular status reports highlighting project progress, risks, issues and outstanding actions.
- Work closely with Compliance, Operations, Broking and Finance teams to ensure project deadlines are achieved.
- Maintain trackers detailing outstanding documentation, review status, approvals and remediation actions.
- Review individual entities within EPIC to assess compliance requirements relating to:
- KYC documentation
- Sanctions screening
- Terms of Business Agreements (TOBAs)
- Associated regulatory records
- Any additional duties assigned.
Role Requirements
- Previous administrative, coordination or project support experience is desirable; experience within compliance or financial services is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage large volumes of documentation.
- Experience working with Microsoft Excel and maintaining project trackers.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to review information accurately.
- A willingness to learn and develop an understanding of compliance.
- Ability to follow established processes and procedures consistently.

- Strong organisational and administrative skills with good attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
