We partner with executive-level customer leaders to establish business goals and deploy strategies that unlock the full value of the Salesforce platform across people, process, and technology.

Role Overview

As a Senior Services Sales Solutions Manager, you will drive pre-sales solutioning and engagement shaping for enterprise customers, including multi-cloud transformational programs. Partnering closely with Sales and Account Partners, you will lead pre-sales discovery, translate customer outcomes into viable high-level solution designs, and author detailed Statements of Work (SOWs), technical estimates, and delivery roadmaps. You will ensure seamless alignment between commercial strategy, delivery viability, and customer value realization, establishing a foundation for execution success and rapid mobilization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Discovery & Engagement Shaping
    • Lead pre-sales discovery workshops with executive and technical stakeholders to identify core business challenges, define target outcomes, and design viable implementation strategies.
    • Prescriptively structure large, complex professional services engagements, establishing clear scope boundaries, delivery assumptions, and success metrics aligned with Salesforce best practices.
    • Partner with Solution Architects and Business Strategists to validate functional and technical viability during the pre-sales cycle.
  • Commercial Strategy & Deal Architecture
    • Co-own deal architecture and pricing strategies with Account Partners, balancing commercial targets, risk mitigation, and customer value.
    • Author comprehensive Statements of Work (SOWs), defining deliverables, staffing models, timelines, and commercial terms in collaboration with Legal and Revenue Recognition teams.
    • Develop accurate resource estimation models, delivery timelines, and margin structures to ensure operationally sound engagement models.
  • Executive Alignment & Advisory
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, articulating digital transformation roadmaps and complex services solutions through compelling narratives.
    • Lead executive presentations, proposal defenses, and formal RFP responses for strategic enterprise opportunities.
    • Align diverse stakeholder interests—across customer business/IT leadership and internal sales, legal, and delivery teams—into cohesive commercial agreements.
  • Delivery Transition & Practice Leadership
    • Orchestrate seamless hand-offs from pre-sales to delivery teams, ensuring complete transfer of technical scope, risk assessments, and customer commitments.
    • Mentor team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of services sales playbooks, scoping frameworks, and solutioning assets.

Required Qualifications

  • Services Experience: 10+ years of experience delivering enterprise consulting services, with 7+ years focused on the Salesforce platform ecosystem.
  • Pre-Sales Leadership: 5+ years of experience leading pre-sales scoping, technical estimation, and SOW creation for complex, enterprise-grade SaaS engagements.

  • Domain Proficiency: Functional and technical understanding of cloud architecture and the broader Salesforce product portfolio.
  • Logistics: Ability to travel as needed based on client and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications: Active Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, or Agentforce Specialist.
