Job Description

We seek an outcomes-oriented, collaborative Account Executive with an entrepreneurial spirit to capitalize on this market opportunity and meet revenue targets. MuleSoft is Salesforce’s fastest-growing business unit, with the UK as one of its key markets. Experience in Travel, Transport, Hospitality, API Management, or Integration is a plus but not required.

This role involves more than selling software; you will be a key member of a cross-functional team responsible for go-to-market strategy, leading the sales cycle, and driving strategic business outcomes with long-term growth potential.

You will have opportunities for personal and professional growth, with many leaders advancing through internal promotions and support from some of the brightest minds in the industry.

What you will be doing

  • Proactively identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities
  • Strategically prospect into CTOs, CIOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, and business executives
  • Build strong relationships to generate growth
  • Partner with Solution Architects and Professional Services to ensure customer success
  • Collaborate with ecosystem and channel partners to maximize deal sizes
  • Participate in sales enablement, training, and leadership development programs

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • Experience leading complex, large-scale sales to IT and business leaders
  • Track record of exceeding quotas in software sales roles
  • Experience closing deals over $200K
  • Excitement for building new territory from scratch
  • Customer-focused, consultative, outcome-based sales approach
  • Honest and direct communication, prioritizing others’ best interests
