We are looking for a high-energy professional with strong business acumen, technical aptitude, and natural sales instincts to join our ISV Business Development team. You will grow the AppExchange ecosystem through partner recruitment in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Your Impact
- Champion the Salesforce platform, ISV Partner Program, and AppExchange ecosystem.
- Build, qualify, and manage a robust pipeline of ISVs developing apps on Salesforce and listing on AppExchange.
- Identify and proactively engage high-potential partners to drive meaningful ISV channel revenue.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with technical experts, support, legal, and operations to guide partners through onboarding.
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Evaluate each partner's revenue potential and strategic fit, prioritising high-impact partnerships.
- Consolidate partner requirements and work with Technical Strategists and product teams to build a comprehensive launch roadmap.
- Evaluate, negotiate, and execute contracts for new partner applications.
Requirements
- 3–4+ years of experience in SaaS/PaaS sales.
- Proven track record of quota attainment.
- Strong business acumen, executive presence, and technical aptitude.
- Excellent time management and self-directed work style.
- Enthusiasm for emerging technologies, channel sales, and startup environments.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strategic & Analytical Skills: Ability to assess partner revenue potential, qualify opportunities, and prioritise effectively.
- Technical & Operational Acumen: Solid understanding of ISV app development and go-to-market requirements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience aligning technical, product, and sales teams around partner goals.
- Problem Solving: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving practical solutions.
- Organisational Skills: Able to manage a large territory using data analysis and AI tools.
- Communication Skills: Clear, confident communicator across technical and business audiences.

- Own onboarding and qualification for all inbound partners across Clouds, verticals, and segments.
- Manage a pipeline of partner leads — connecting them with technical resources (PDOs, Tech Strategist team), presenting the Partner Program, and guiding them through the full onboarding journey.
- Collaborate regularly with the Launch team, Tech Strategy, Support, Partner Marketing, and Legal & Deals Operations.
