Your Impact
We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join our Core Enterprise sales team in London, to lead engagements with our key enterprise customer accounts within the Water, Waste and Utility Services business. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the overall customer engagement and extended teams, managing & developing key customer stakeholder relationships, developing, owning and driving the overall long-term strategy, aligned with customer business objectives. You will perform account planning and be expected to lead complex multi-solution sales processes whilst collaborating internally to structure, orchestrate and close complex digital transformation deals. Being accountable for the overall customer, forecast revenue commitment based on owning an overall P&L for customers (new business taking in account attrition).
Desired Experience
Proven track record of selling enterprise software solutions at a strategic-GAM/C-suite level, ideally business applications gained within a major software vendor. Successful history of net direct new business sales, upsell, and cross-sell with the ability to prove consistent delivery against targets. Demonstrable track record of sales over achievement with large enterprise visible accounts with 2M+ ACV quota attainment. You will have a point of view of industry trends and be able to build a narrative of digital transformation within the Water/Utilities space. Experience of managing accounts and closing business in regulated industries.
