Specialization CoE has been built to drive sustainable ACV growth and share for Salesforce’s specialized products in lockstep across Product and Sales. We elevate the strategic importance for specialized selling roles and unlock increased productivity. We build and own a repeatable sales-product feedback loop on solutions launches driven by data and intelligence. Overview of the Role:

As part of a high-performance, fast-paced, and collaborative team, your role will encompass all aspects of supporting the global specialist GTM efforts under the Specialization Centre of Excellence. This includes GTM (Go-To-Market) planning, growth strategy, sales forecasting, business operations, and data evaluation and analysis. You will work with the CoE leadership, specialist sales and strategy leadership and cross-functional partners to provide a 360° view of the business and drive executive-level recommendations and tools that directly give to the success of industry-leading Specialist teams.

Impact:

  • Orchestrate the design and implementation of all aspects of the global Go-To-Market plan for Specialist teams under the annual sales strategy planning cycle. This includes account segmentation, resource prioritisation, territory assignment, compensation, quota setting, etc.

  • Define key performance metrics and targets, build reports and dashboards to derive insights into the health of the business, identify areas of weakness & opportunity, and present improvement recommendations to global sales leadership.

  • Define required analyses across multiple data sets and tools (examples of analyses include customer segmentation, sales participation, white space, pipeline health etc.)

  • Support global forecast management excellence to ensure sustained, predictable growth across all business units, coordinate weekly forecast reporting to supervise status for Specialist teams globally.

  • Support the activation and project management of global Product & sales leadership priorities across the relevant Specialist Teams.

  • Build executive-level presentations for both local and global leadership reviews; coordinate quarterly business reviews (where required) and provide ad hoc updates.

  • Assist in troubleshooting of operational issues as they surface; propose changes to systems and processes to fix root causes.

  • Work with the senior strategy and distribution leadership on all Specialist GTM strategy related topics both at the OU & Global level.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of professional experience, in consulting or sales strategy/business operations roles

  • Experience with defining analysis requirements, working with analysts and get hands on with data when vital.

  • Ability to translate sophisticated information into easily consumable insights & narratives

  • Ability to work cross functionally and handle projects with collaborators from other global teams, specialist aligned strategy teams, specialist leadership & Cloud GTM teams

  • Self-starter and high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand

  • Excellent communications and presentation skills

  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
