The predicted salary is between 500 - 1500 £ per month.
Assist and collaborate with the ES Partners to deliver on the organization’s talent strategy and strategic projects and initiatives. Initiatives may include people programs, employee retention, talent assessment, promotion planning, compensation (equity, bonus, merit), mobility, change management, and other talent-related initiatives.
Partner with ES partners to help deliver seamless processes, programs and insights across the organization.
Provide project management of high visibility, high impact strategic programs and initiatives. Cascade information across the ES organization and track program objectives, enablement, timelines, and communication plans to ESBPs and ESPCs.
Create tools, templates and resources as needed for consistent service delivery at scale.
Provide operational and analytical support to the ESBPs with quantitative data in supporting tactical and strategic HR initiatives.
Monitor and interpret trends and metrics around employee satisfaction, attrition and turnover, etc. Build narratives using data and insights, and partner with ESBPs to establish recommendations for improvement or enhancements based on analysis.
