As a Senior Account Executive on the Salesforce Informatica Sales Specialist team, you will own your business segment, a dynamic, cross-industry space that is one of the fastest-growing segments for Salesforce in the UK. You will act as the primary point of contact for data management solutions, specifically Data Governance, Data Quality, and Data Security, serving clients across diverse industries. Reporting directly to the UK Specialist Sales Director, this is an individual contributor role with the strategic weight of a sector lead, backed by the full power of the Salesforce ecosystem.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

  • Strategic Ownership: Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan for your UK segment, acting as the strategic owner of your territory and driving the pipeline from prospecting through to close.
  • C-Suite Relationship Building: Build deep, lasting relationships with CXOs, CIOs, and IT leaders across diverse industries, translating complex data challenges into high-impact business outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Solution Architects, Professional Services, and strategic partners to deliver seamless customer outcomes and maximize deal value.
  • Pipeline Excellence: Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting within Salesforce CRM using the MEDDPICC methodology, and articulate the value of Data Integration, Quality, and Governance as the foundation for AI-driven business transformation.

  • You have a proven track record of quota-carrying sales experience within Data Management software, a history of overachievement, and an established network of local contacts.
  • You possess a demonstrated ability to navigate varied organizational structures across multiple industries and build champions within both business and technical functions.
  • You have a proven ability to manage complex sales cycles up to C-level executives, professional fluency in English, and are based in the UKI with a willingness to travel to London.
