You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to go-to-market strategy, and help drive opportunities to close alongside aligned sales teams.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives and cross-functional specialists to design innovative, story-driven solutions tailored to the challenges faced by Central Government and Public Sector organisations, built on the Salesforce platform.
- Lead technical discovery and present customised demonstrations aligned with business value and solution differentiation to a range of stakeholders, from line staff through to C-level executives.
- Contribute to RFP/RFI submissions by coordinating response themes, ownership, and co-creation of executive summaries alongside the broader account team.
- Maintain current knowledge of the Salesforce platform through ongoing training and certifications, and participate in internal enablement, SME programmes, and cross-team collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in pre-sales, implementation, or post-sales support within enterprise technology, with strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities in a fast-paced, team-selling environment.
- Prior experience working with or within Central Government, Government Agencies, or Public Sector organisations.
- Knowledge of or background in healthcare or government technology use cases.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce products including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Platform, Experience Cloud, or industry clouds such as Vlocity/OmniStudio.
- Salesforce certifications (such as Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant) or demonstrable Salesforce administrator/technical experience beyond end-user level.
- Previous experience in a pre-sales role such as Solution Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Solutions Consultant.
