Our team sells the full Salesforce product portfolio into sub-verticals of the Manufacturing industry, partnering with some of our most strategic enterprise customers. As part of our industry sales organization, you will own and grow a small number of enterprise accounts while acting as a trusted advisor to senior executives. This is an enterprise-facing role focused on driving expansion through value-based, vision-led selling — guiding customers through digital transformation and articulating Salesforce's differentiated value proposition. You will combine professional presence with humility, collaboration, and deep customer empathy, contributing meaningfully to Salesforce's culture and our Ohana.

What You'll Actually Be Doing
  • Develop and execute account strategies that align Salesforce's solutions with customer business objectives across Manufacturing.
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders across IT, Operations, and Digital teams to position Salesforce as a trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate with Solution Engineers, Industry Leads, and Customer Success teams to deliver tailored solutions that address key industry challenges including AI-driven insights and operational efficiency.
  • Meet and exceed pipeline and revenue targets, contributing to overall growth within the Manufacturing vertical.
