MuleSoft is seeking a motivated Solutions Engineer to join our talented and collaborative Pre-Sales team. As a Solution Engineer, you will act as a trusted advisor to prospective customers, demonstrating how MuleSoft’s Integration & Hyper-automation Platform can modernize IT and foster innovation. You will work closely with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle to assess customer requirements, competition, decision-making processes, and funding. Building strong relationships with clients' IT staff and C-Level executives, you'll leverage your technical expertise to align technical needs with business outcomes.

What You Need to Succeed:
- Pre-Sales enterprise software experience with the ability to establish trust and influence decision makers
- Hands-on experience with middleware, integration architectures, web services, APIs, SOA, ESB, BPM, etc.
- Development experience with API design and coding
- Experience with cloud technologies such as iPaaS, SaaS, and cloud infrastructure (preferred)
- Experience in building and delivering Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and responding to RFIs/RFPs
- Ability to lead architectural discussions and workshops
- Passion for technology and translating it into business value
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours across the EMEA region
What You’ll Achieve:
- Within 3 months: Become MuleSoft Developer certified, complete SE training, develop architecture skills, shadow customer calls.
- Within 12 months: Close deals, own technical sales for opportunities, become fully certified, deliver tailored presentations, develop PoCs, collaborate on account planning, and support marketing activities.
