We’re on the lookout for a results-driven SaaS sales professional who thrives on solving business challenges, influencing change, and delivering exceptional customer experiences, to join our Travel, Transport & Hospitality (TTH) team. Think of yourself as the "General Manager" in this role - mapping account strategies, aligning resources and acting as the extension of your customer. You’ll work closely with other product specialists (known as Co-Primes) to help map out the best strategy for your customer with the technical support from Solution Architects and Sales Engineers.
What You’ll Do:
- Sell our complete portfolio of products to a group of existing and prospect Enterprise customers in the TTH vertical
- Build trusted relationships with current and prospective customers as their digital advisor
- Conduct deep discovery to understand each customer's unique company challenges and strategic goals
- Consult with customers on the Salesforce Platform to identify and evangelise optimal solutions
- Guide customers toward solutions that help them achieve business objectives and drive innovation within their organisations, enabling them to blaze new trails in their industry
What We’re Looking For:
- Achiever: Proven track record of meeting sales targets and navigating complex deal cycles in SaaS with tenacity and discipline in Enterprise Accounts
- Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder sales with a focus on strategic account management
- Strong ability to articulate value propositions tailored to enterprise customer needs
- A track record of engaging C-level executives and leading discovery conversations that drive outcomes
- Familiarity with team-selling environments; aligning with various co-prime sales teams + solution engineering, marketing, Partners etc
- Pipeline generation expertise, leveraging existing relationships and building new connections to drive opportunities
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Fluency in data and AI technologies; particularly around problem-solving and discovering customer AI strategies
- Experience of selling into the TTH Insurance sector is a plus!
