As a Paid Media Coordinator, you\’ll act as the central point of contact, facilitating the flow of information and ensuring alignment on Global Cloud paid media initiatives in EMEA. This role is not about developing media strategy, but rather about connecting Paid Media teams and streamlining communication to ensure our Global Cloud campaigns land effectively at the local level.
Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between the Global Cloud Paid Media team and EMEA Paid Media team, ensuring clear, consistent, and timely communication regarding paid media plans, assets, and performance.

Information Dissemination: Distribute media briefs, guidelines and performance updates between Global Cloud Paid Media team and the EMEA Paid Media team.

Feedback Collection: Gather feedback, insights, and local market nuances from the EMEA Paid Media team and relay them back to the Global Cloud Media team to inform paid media strategy.

Process Improvement: Identify and propose solutions for optimizing communication workflows and information sharing between teams.

Documentation: Maintain organized records of communication, decisions, and shared resources related to Global Cloud paid media activity.

Data-driven: Analyze data to identify trends and proactively flag performance issues.
What You\’ll Bring:

Minimum 3 years driving business impact through digital marketing, preferably within the B2B or SaaS industries.

Proven experience in a paid media function or project management role, within a marketing or media environment.

Experience executing campaigns on Search platforms like Bing, Google Ads and SA360.
