We are seeking a Sales Strategy & Operations Director for our UKI Cloud Business to lead the next phase of growth in our expanding market. This role will act as a trusted advisor to the SVP UKI Cloud Sales and the leadership team, supporting the SVP UKI Clouds and reporting to the Head of Sales Strategy & Operations UKI.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Partnering with the UKI SVP Cloud leader to analyze the business using a data-driven approach, interpreting KPIs, and providing strategic recommendations.
- Driving UKI Cloud strategy, business planning, and operations for Prime (Digital, Tableau) and Specialist Cloud Sales (Slack, Service, Revenue Cloud, Commerce Cloud).
- Establishing governance for the UKI Cloud business, including KPIs, reporting, QBRs, and Cloud Boards.
- Owning the operational model and cadence, including forecast calls and business reviews.
- Defining and executing go-to-market strategies, including segmentation, planning, headcount, and quotas.
- Leading strategic projects aimed at long-term business improvement.
- Ensuring efficient allocation of people and resources to meet delivery objectives.
- Maintaining compliance with procedures and quality standards.
The role involves extensive analysis of sales data and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, a solid work ethic, and a desire to grow in a fast-paced environment.

- Analyze business health via key performance metrics and recommend actions to senior leadership.
- Partner with SVP UKI Cloud Sales and Cloud AVPs on business planning and execution.
- Manage teams aligned with specific cloud portfolios.
- Oversee regular reporting and communication with senior sales leaders.
- Develop executive presentations and strategic recommendations.
- Enhance data sources and reporting capabilities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on go-to-market initiatives.
- Participate in strategic projects and transformational initiatives.
- Become a subject matter expert for customer-facing meetings on Salesforce\’s use of Salesforce.
