The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Overview of the Role

We are looking for an Account Executive to join Salesforce's high-growth Data 360 business, sitting within the wider Data & AI organisation. In this specialist role, you will drive strategic Data 360 opportunities across key UK Commercial (Mid-Market) accounts, partnering closely with core account teams to accelerate adoption and revenue growth. This is a high-visibility position within one of Salesforce's fastest-growing business units, offering the opportunity to shape cutting-edge customer data and AI transformation initiatives across a diverse range of industries.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and progress strategic Data 360 opportunities across UK Commercial (Mid-Market) accounts by qualifying deals, leading use-case workshops, positioning solutions, and influencing complex sales cycles alongside core account teams.
  • Partner with Core Account Executives across the territory to identify, shape, and advance high-value Data 360 opportunities, bringing deep data-platform expertise into matrixed account environments.
  • Accelerate customer adoption and consumption of Data 360 solutions, helping Commercial clients across all industries modernise their customer data and AI capabilities through Salesforce's Data 360 strategy.
  • Support revenue growth across new business, customer adoption, and expansion, with performance measured across Annual Contract Value, consumption, and New Non-Order Value targets.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience at an Account Executive level, with a track record of selling data, AI, or Customer Data Platform solutions into mid-sized to large organisations across a range of industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate and influence matrixed account environments, including internal and external stakeholder groups.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles in a specialist or overlay capacity, across diverse industry verticals.
  • Strong data and cloud platform acumen, including familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) or lakehouse providers.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling against or working within CDP competitors.
  • Ability to lead use-case workshops and facilitate complex opportunity qualification and objection handling in a specialist overlay model.
  • Experience ramping quickly into strategic accounts with active renewal cycles or near-term revenue opportunities.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence account teams without owning the primary customer relationship.
