Commercial Digital Account Executive – Net New Logo Location: London, United Kingdom About the Role We are looking for a high-performing, digitally savvy Account Executive to drive net new customer acquisition across the Commercial segment. As a Net New Logo Digital AE , you will be at the forefront of Salesforce’s Digital Experience portfolio—spearheading the adoption of Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and Data Cloud by new customers across the UK&I region. This is a quota-carrying role focused exclusively on winning new logos. You\’ll be expected to navigate complex sales cycles, engage senior decision-makers, and help prospects understand how Salesforce can accelerate their digital transformation. What You’ll Be Responsible For Own the full sales cycle : from pipeline generation through to deal close—with a relentless focus on acquiring new customers. Prospect strategically : identify high-potential commercial businesses, map key stakeholders, and uncover transformation opportunities tied to marketing, commerce, and data. Drive cross-cloud selling : position the unified value of Salesforce’s Digital Experience stack to solve real customer problems. Build and maintain C-level relationships : act as a trusted advisor to executive decision-makers across marketing, digital, and technology. Partner internally : work closely with Solution Engineers, BDRs, Partner Managers, and Professional Services to craft compelling, customer-first proposals. Represent Salesforce externally : participate in digital and industry-specific events to drive thought leadership and brand awareness. What We’re Looking For Proven success in net new business development within the SaaS or digital technology space. Experience driving deals with Marketing, Digital, or IT stakeholders —particularly in mid-sized or high-growth businesses. Track record of exceeding quota in a high-velocity, complex sales environment. Strong business acumen with the ability to articulate the ROI of digital transformation initiatives. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment.
