We are seeking a results-oriented and driven BDR to identify and develop new business opportunities for Salesforce on Alibaba Cloud across the EMEA region. The role involves managing leads through to Stage 4 of the sales cycle, with a focus on developing high-quality pipeline and aligning with account executives and regional teams. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and qualify new business opportunities across EMEA for Salesforce on Alibaba Cloud. • Nurture leads through structured engagement until Stage 4 qualification. • Collaborate with AE, SE, and Alibaba Cloud teams to ensure seamless lead progression. • Engage directly with C-level stakeholders to position Salesforce on Alibaba Cloud effectively. • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking within Salesforce CRM. • Contribute to territory planning, campaign execution, and cross-functional coordination. Required Skills and Experience: • Strong knowledge of Salesforce core solutions and value proposal (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Platform). • Demonstrated track record of success in business development or sales development roles. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all levels. • Strong coordination and organizational skills to manage complex sales motions. • Experience engaging with C-level customer contacts. • Goal-driven, resilient, and able to thrive in a high-performance environment.Preferred Qualifications: • Understanding of the China tech landscape and cross-border digital strategies is a plus. • Professional proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) and other European language is a plus Join us to help accelerate Salesforce’s international growth on Alibaba Cloud and play a key role in enabling global customers in their China journey. #J-18808-Ljbffr
