Your Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end pre-sales discovery, facilitating workshops with executive and functional stakeholders to uncover business challenges, define outcomes, and shape transformation roadmaps.
  • Translate customer objectives into high-level solution designs, ensuring alignment with Salesforce best practices across people, process, and technology.
  • Own the engagement scoping lifecycle, including defining assumptions, risks, dependencies, and success criteria.
  • Develop and deliver Statements of Work (SOWs) with clear scope, deliverables, timelines, staffing models, and commercial structure.
  • Partner with Sales to define deal strategy, pricing approach, and implementation roadmap, co-presenting value propositions to executive stakeholders.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional SMEs (Solution Architects, Strategists, Delivery) to validate solution feasibility and ensure delivery readiness.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate delivery and commercial risks during the pre-sales cycle.
  • Ensure a clean transition to delivery teams, with clear alignment on scope, commitments, and execution approach.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, articulating transformation journeys and long-term value realisation.
  • Identify future growth opportunities and expansion pathways within existing engagements.
  • Mentor team members and share best practices in solutioning, scoping, and engagement strategy.

What We’d Like to See:

  • Strong experience shaping large-scale, multi-cloud transformation programs within enterprise environments.
  • Proven ability to lead complex solutioning workshops and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting RFPs, proposals, and executive presentations.
  • Deep understanding of cloud technologies, digital transformation, and SaaS delivery models.
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise consulting or professional services, with significant Salesforce exposure.
  • 7+ years of experience in program delivery, solutioning, or pre-sales leadership.
  • Proven expertise in SOW creation, estimation, and engagement shaping for complex deals.
  • Deep demonstrated technical and/or functional proficiency in the Salesforce platform and its solutions.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including deal structuring, pricing, and negotiation.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to travel based on client needs.
