The Agentforce Revenue Management Solution Engineer (SE) acts as a high-impact technical architect, strategist, and trusted advisor to our enterprise customers. This role focuses on helping organizations transform their revenue lifecycles. In this role, you will leverage advanced Salesforce technical skills to architect scalable solutions, build demos as well as proof of concepts and deploy cutting-edge AI-driven automation via Agentforce. You will partner closely with Account Executives, product teams, and partners across the UK&I region to prove the distinct business and technical value of the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Discovery & Architecture: Lead deep-dive technical discovery sessions to understand a prospect's existing enterprise architecture as it relates to Quote to Cash, identifying data silos and designing scalable integration patterns for the revenue lifecycle.
  • Agentforce & AI Deployment: Build and deliver cutting-edge demonstrations utilizing Agentforce to showcase how autonomous agents can streamline, automate, and optimize core business operations and revenue workflows.
  • Technical Sales Execution: Act as the technical authority through complex enterprise sales cycles, managing architectural reviews, resolving technical objections, addressing security queries, and responding to technical RFPs/RFIs.
  • Product & Engineering Liaison: Translate customer requirements and technical feedback directly to product management teams, acting as a technical evangelist for core platform and Agentforce innovations in the UK&I market.

Skills & Qualifications

Mandatory Requirements

  • Education: Computer studies Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core proficiencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
  • Core Salesforce Expertise: Proven experience designing, building, or demonstrating solutions on the core Salesforce Platform. You must possess a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, security controls, and Flow automation.
  • Technical Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex software architecture, API integrations, and AI models into clear, value-focused stories for both technical architects (CTOs/Enterprise Architects) and business stakeholders.

Preferred Experience & Certifications (Non-Mandatory)

  • Salesforce Certifications: Holding core or advanced certifications (e.g. Administrator, Platform App Builder, Application/System Architect) or AI-focused credentials (Salesforce AI Specialist) with hands-on familiarity with the Agentforce framework is highly advantageous.
  • Prior experience with Quote-to-Cash (Q2C), CPQ, CLM, billing systems is beneficial but not required; comprehensive enablement on Agentforce Revenue Management will be provided.
  • Familiarity with modern integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven architecture, MuleSoft).
