As an Analyst on our Private Equity Practice team, you will support the growth of Salesforce's strategic Private Equity (PE) partnerships across EMEA — working directly with our PE relationship managers to deepen partnerships, accelerate value creation, and scale the team. You will lead quantitative and qualitative analysis across PE firms' portfolios, develop points of view on value creation opportunities, and contribute to customer-facing engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough data analyses and deliver actionable insights to senior leaders at Salesforce and our clients; own strategic projects that support the overall growth of the Private Equity Practice, including portfolio performance reviews and market research on fund cycles, investment approaches, and digital transformation strategies.
  • Support Private Equity due diligence processes and help portfolio companies quickly develop growth strategies for carve-outs and new acquisitions, including rethinking business and operating model opportunities aligned to Salesforce capabilities.
  • Support senior team members in maintaining relationships with strategic Private Equity partners, acting as an advocate for the partnership both within the PE firm and at Salesforce, and supporting the execution of go-to-market plans with clear success metrics.
  • Bring together Salesforce product specialists, solution engineers, account teams, and industry experts to support value‑selling approaches tailored to the transformation needs of individual portfolio companies.

Required Qualifications

  • Professional experience, ideally with exposure to private equity, venture capital, management consulting, enterprise software, or digital transformation.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel; ability to communicate complex data clearly to senior executives.
  • Excellent professional English communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building relationships and delivering results in complex, cross‑functional teams.
  • Experience working with international clients or on international teams, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Management.
  • Experience in enterprise digital transformation in a B2B or B2C context.
  • Understanding of current SaaS market dynamics and trends in Agentic AI.
  • Basic knowledge of Salesforce CRM Analytics and Tableau.
