Why Salesforce? Why Now?

The era of the Agentic Enterprise is here. With the rollout of Salesforce Agentforce, autonomous AI agents are revolutionising how global organisations automate decisions, orchestrate workflows, and engage customers. However, AI models are only as effective as the data feeding them. To deliver real-time, trusted decisions, AI agents depend on seamless connectivity across fragmented hybrid environments. That is why MuleSoft and Informatica are mission-critical to Salesforce's core AI strategy. By bringing together MuleSoft’s API orchestration and Informatica’s enterprise data management, you will sell the fundamental data backbone powering the next generation of enterprise AI.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Enterprise Account Executive to join our high-growth Data Foundation team. This is a strategic, C-level sales role where you will drive multi-million dollar transformations across top-tier enterprise accounts. Because the majority of our field leaders are promoted internally, this role offers a clear path for career acceleration within Salesforce.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Strategic GTM Leadership: Own and execute the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for a high-value enterprise territory, focusing on new logo acquisition and greenfield expansion.
  • C-Suite Engagement: Partner directly with CIOs, CTOs, Chief Data Officers, and line-of-business executives to articulate the strategic ROI of AI-ready data infrastructure.
  • Complex Deal Execution: Navigate high-stakes, multi-stakeholder sales cycles ($500K to $1M+ ACV) from initial discovery to final closing.
  • Cross-Functional Synergy: Lead a dedicated pod of Solution Architects, Pre-Sales Engineers, and Professional Services experts, while leveraging the broader Salesforce partner ecosystem.
  • Forecasting & Territory Planning: Conduct whitespace analysis, maintain a healthy pipeline, and deliver precise quarterly forecasts.

You're Our Person If

  • 10+ years of B2B enterprise software sales experience in high-growth, competitive markets.
  • Consistent track record of quota overachievement selling complex, six- and seven-figure deals.
  • Deep experience in New Business Acquisition and territory mapping within complex matrix organisations.

Even Better If

  • Solid functional understanding of API management, integration platforms (iPaaS), middleware, or enterprise data architecture.
  • Proven ability to translate technical concepts (data governance, ETL, microservices, dynamic API integration) into compelling executive ROI arguments.
  • Formal sales methodology training (MEDDPICC, Challenger, or SPIN).
  • Strong consultative approach rooted in business outcomes and long-term customer value.

How We’ll Measure Your Success

  • Quantitative: Annual New Annual Contract Value (NACV) target achievement, pipeline creation velocity, and forecasting precision.
  • Qualitative: Strategic account penetration, customer executive satisfaction, and team collaboration.

Competitive Pay: Generous base salary with uncapped commission potential.

Health & Well-being: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with dedicated wellness reimbursements.

Family Support: Expanded parental leave, fertility benefits, and adoption assistance.

Growth: Continuous access to Salesforce enablement programs, AI certifications, and clear leadership tracks.
