As a Customer Outcome Executive, you sit at the intersection of sales and customer success within our UKI Chief Customer Office (Chief Customer Office).
You lead a new, proactive customer success motion that orchestrates the handoff from sales vision to post-sale value realisation, ensuring customers see measurable value from their Salesforce investments from day one and throughout their lifecycle.

- Partner with sales on strategic, high-value opportunities to define a clear, customer-aligned path to value, agreeing well-resourced and measurable success plans upfront with customers.
- Own a portfolio of new logo accounts, diagnosing challenges such as low adoption, shelfware, or under-realised value.
- Lead cross-functional strategies to stabilise accounts
- Manage a services-focused quota spanning Signature Success, Premier Success, and Advisory Services, unlocking incremental value across the customer portfolio.
Experience in a new logo sales role within a complex, enterprise Saa S environment.
- Track record of managing a quota or revenue target
- Experience developing and executing customer success or value-realisation plans with measurable outcomes.
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, delivery, and services teams to resolve account issues and drive adoption.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with customer health scoring or adoption analytics tools.
- Background in change management or organisational adoption strategy.
- Experience presenting to executive-level stakeholders on account strategy or recovery plans.
