As a Salesforce Consultant specialising in Salesforce Field Service, you will work closely with clients to deliver solutions that optimise service operations. You’ll help organisations improve scheduling efficiency, technician productivity, and customer satisfaction by implementing and configuring Salesforce Field Service solutions.
Acting as a link between business requirements and technical implementation, you’ll support clients across industries as they modernise their field service processes - from work order management to mobile workforce enablement, while continuing to grow your Salesforce expertise.
Tasks
- Support the implementation and configuration of Salesforce Field Service solutions
- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce configurations, automation, and workflows
- Configure core Field Service features such as Work Orders, Service Appointments, Assets, Scheduling Features, Maintenance Plans, and Mobile App
- Assist with scheduling, dispatch, and optimisation setup under guidance from Senior Consultants and Solution Architect
- Configure Agentic field service use cases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and to a high standard
- Participate in discovery sessions, workshops, and user training activities
- Support go-lives and assist with post-deployment enhancements and optimisation
- Document solutions and contribute to internal best practices, accelerators, and knowledge sharing
What you should bring with you:
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce Field Service
- Understanding of Field Service or asset-based service processes such as work order lifecycle, scheduling, dispatch, mobile workforce enablement and technician workflows
- Experience configuring Salesforce objects, automation, and user interfaces
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional Salesforce solutions
- Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
- Salesforce certifications (eg Administrator, Field Service Lightning, and Service Cloud Consultant, Agentforce Specialist)
