About the Role
This is not an easy SDR job. There’s no 3-week onboarding course or classroom-style sales training. This is a real-world, learn-on-the-job hunting role for someone who wants to break into tech sales and move up fast.
You’ll spend:
- 70% cold calling qualified leads to book meetings
- 15% creating content for your LinkedIn (video-first)
- 15% researching and building smart prospecting lists
If you hit your quota for 2 consecutive quarters, you’ll be promoted to Account Executive.
What You’ll Do
- Make 200+ cold calls per day using Salesfinity’s parallel dialer
- Film 2–3 short-form video posts per week to generate attention and build credibility
- Research and build outbound prospecting lists using tools like Amplemarket and LinkedIn
- Collaborate with founders and AEs to sharpen your pitch and win more meetings
- Manage and track outreach via HubSpot, Salesfinity, and Slack

Nice to Haves
- Prior SDR experience (especially in outbound-heavy roles)
- Content creation or TikTok/LinkedIn experience
- Familiarity with modern sales tools (e.g. Salesloft, Apollo, Outreach)
