You will…
- Own a 3-5×/week vertical-video cadence: scripting, filming, editing, posting.
- Launch & scale a customer-generated-video program.
- Source, negotiate, and co-produce content with RevOps / SDR / Sales influencers.
- Run dark-post video ads, measure CPL, and iterate creative in 15k views or case study with CPL targets hit.
Requirements:
- Hands-on mastery of basic video-making tools, CapCut/Descript.
- Fluency in demand-gen math (CPL, CAC, attribution) and comfort in HubSpot.
- Rolodex of B2B creators OR proven track record pitching new ones.
Nice to have:
