We are seeking three experienced Business Analysts to join a leading insurance services organisation, contributing to high-impact projects across Workday implementation , Data & Analytics (Snowflake) , and Financial Services Transformation initiatives. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring structured and effective analysis is conducted across assigned projects, enabling the successful alignment of programme activities with strategic business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Deliver business analysis across multiple concurrent projects. Apply best-practice methodologies to capture and document business requirements, ensuring that delivered solutions align with stakeholder needs. Support the full project lifecycle by contributing to testing, training, and change management for newly implemented systems and processes. Requirements: Proven experience in business analysis within the insurance sector. Strong background in projects related to Workday, data platforms such as Snowflake, or financial services transformation. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
