We are currently looking for a results-driven Outbound & GTM Strategist to manage the outbound strategy, and communications with our international clients. This is a full-time, remote position (working EU hours).
What you\’ll do β¨
- Manage the Strategy and execution of Cold Email and LinkedIn Outreach campaigns for our international clients
- Create messaging for the Outbound campaigns using AI and in-depth audience research
- Build a prospecting & list building workflow combining multiple data sources to help our Lead Generation team build high-intent prospect lists
- Live in Clay daily to utilize data scraping, AI, enrichment, and campaign orchestration, to increase the ROI of GTM campaigns.
- Evaluate campaign performance and recommend optimizations to help achieve our campaign KPIs and improve lead quantity
- Identify, evaluate, and test new campaign angles and niches to increase positive replies
- Communicate with clients and create reports to showcase progress and results

Positive Replies (Weekly), Client Satisfaction (NPS), Client Retention (Quarterly), New Ideas proposed to Clients (Monthly), Cost Per Positive Reply (Monthly)
Who you are β€οΈ π₯
- At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in Marketing, Sales, or GTM
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist, Clay, Apollo, Hubspot, and the latest AI Sales tools
- Proven ability to write high-performing cold emails
- Data scraping proficiency and ability to understand how to build workflows using multiple data sources (e.g. Google Maps, Apify, Serper, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Being well-versed in prompt engineering and AI models
- Tech-savviness and a quick learner of new technologies and software (there is new software coming out every day, and we need you to stay on top of new products and trends)
- Experience in the Tech, SaaS, software industry, or in a high-growth start-up
- Open to SDRs, BDRs, and Sales Executives with relevant experience
