Since our beginnings in 2021, SalesCaptain has grown into a global force, working with fast-growing B2B brands, YC & Techstars startups, and Series B&C companies, helping them go to market using a predictable process.
We are currently looking for a results-driven GTM Strategy Lead to manage the outbound strategy and communications with our international clients. This is a full-time, remote position (working EU hours).
Responsibilities
- Manage the strategy and execution of Cold Email and LinkedIn Outreach campaigns for our international clients.
- Create messaging for the outbound campaigns using AI and in-depth audience research.
- Build prospecting & list building workflows combining multiple data sources to help our Lead Generation team build high‑intent prospect lists.
- Leverage Clay for data scraping, AI, enrichment, and campaign orchestration to increase the ROI of GTM campaigns (optional, but preferred).
- Evaluate campaign performance and recommend optimizations to help achieve our campaign KPIs and improve lead quantity.
- Identify, evaluate, and test new campaign angles and niches to increase positive replies.
- Communicate with clients and create reports to showcase progress and results.

Who you are
- At least 1‑2 years of relevant work experience in Marketing, Sales, or GTM.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist, Clay, Apollo, Hubspot, and the latest AI sales tools.
- Proven ability to write high‑performing cold emails.
- Ability to build workflows using multiple data sources (e.g., Google Maps, Apify, Serper, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and understanding of data scraping capabilities.
- Being well‑versed in prompt engineering and AI models.
- Tech‑savvy and a quick learner of new technologies and software.
- Experience in the Tech, SaaS, software industry, or in a high‑growth start‑up.
- Open to Sales Executives with relevant experience.
