The Role
Youâll be building high-velocity go-to-market experiments in key verticals, translating marketing goals into automated workflows and scalable campaigns that directly drive pipeline growth. Reporting to the Head of Growth, youâll partner with Sales, Ops, Product and Engineering to architect and optimize full-stack GTM processes â both digital and offline.
Core Responsibilities
GTM Workflow Engineering
- Rapidly prototype, implement, and maintain end-to-end automated workflows connecting CRM, ad platforms, and third-party tools to orchestrate targeted vertical campaigns and scalable prospect experiences.
AI-Powered Content Orchestration
- Develop and refine content pipelines using LLMs and creative tools (video, copy) to personalize messaging at scale.
- Plan, launch, and iterate high-velocity multichannel tests (digital, direct mail, events), analyzing results to optimize budget and performance.
Metrics & Insights
- Design and maintain real-time dashboards; extract actionable insights to inform strategy and improve funnel efficiency.
Enablement & Documentation
- Create modular playbooks, process docs, and training materials to empower Sales and Marketing teams to self-serve automation capabilities.
Day-to-Day Activities
- Rapidly prototype new CRM workflows and scoring rules; conduct A/B tests on routing logic.
- Collaborate with Engineering to integrate APIs, troubleshoot automation failures, and optimize system reliability.
- Use LLM prompts to generate and QA copy variants for emails, ads, and landing pages, then deploy via automated pipelines.
- Launch, monitor, and iterate multichannel experiments, adjusting parameters in-flight based on performance data.
- Lead daily standups to review pipeline health, highlight experiments, and unblock cross-functional dependencies.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Workflow & CRM Automation: 3â5 years building complex CRM automations, with exposure to APIs or no-code platforms.
- AI/LLM & Content Generation: Comfortable engineering prompts and refining AI-generated copy (emails, ads, video scripts).
- Experimentation Mindset: Proven track record running multichannel pilots â setting up, measuring, and iterating.
- Data Fluency: Able to model data, build dashboards (Looker, Tableau, GA4), and draw actionable insights.
- Technical Agility: Basic scripting (Python/JS) or advanced no-code skills to glue systems together.
- Systems Thinker: Sees the big picture and designs automations that integrate seamlessly into broader GTM workflows.
- Problem Solver: Breaks down complex challenges into actionable steps and crafts scalable solutions.
- Automation Enthusiast: Passionate about streamlining processes, building reusable modules, and maximizing efficiency.
