Overview
Business Development Representative (BDR) at SalesAPE.ai — Bristol (hybrid) or UK remote. Start date: Immediate.
What you’ll actually do
- Turn marketing into revenue: Follow up on high-quality inbound leads, website visitors (via ZoomInfo deanonymisation), and event data.
- Multi-thread accounts: When the first contact isn’t the right one, map the org, find the decision-makers, and get meetings booked.
- Multi-channel hustle: Phone, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp — whatever it takes. You’ll know how to switch gears to get results.
- Hyper-local plays: Support hyper-local initiatives targeting 3,000+ accounts in the South West, with opportunities to test new campaign strategies alongside marketing.
- Partner with AEs: Work one-to-one with top salespeople, fueling their pipeline and learning first-hand how deals are won.

- Energy over CV: Whether this is your first sales job or you’ve got 1–2 years’ SDR/BDR experience, what matters most is your drive, attitude, and ability to spark conversations.
