As a Reservations Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, playing a key role in creating exceptional first impressions and turning enquiries into bookings. Working within our central reservations team, you’ll take the time to understand our guests’ needs, showcase our hotels and experiences, and deliver an outstanding service that inspires confidence and excitement.

We’re looking for someone who is warm, friendly, and motivated, with a passion for customer service and sales. You’ll be highly organised, a strong communicator, and confident working towards sales targets while managing booking administration with accuracy and efficiency. This is a full-time permanent role (40 hours over 5 days), working Monday to Sunday on a rota basis, with shifts between 8am – 6.30pm, including weekends.

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Managing guest enquiries via phone and email, ensuring all communications are handled promptly and professionally
  • Converting enquiries into bookings by confidently selling and upselling hotel products and services
  • Working towards sales targets to support hotel revenue goals
  • Completing administrative tasks to ensure booking details are accurate and clearly communicated to guests
  • Delivering friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient customer service at all times
  • Building strong relationships with guests to understand their needs and personalise their stay
  • Liaising effectively with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Handling guest queries and resolving issues quickly and professionally
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in reservations, hospitality, sales, customer service, or administration (desirable but not essential)
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Strong IT skills and confidence using booking systems and Microsoft Office (training provided)
  • Flexibility to work weekends and shifts within operating hours
