B2B Sales Executive / Energy Consultant 📍 Location: Blackpool 💰 Salary: Basic £23,000 – £25,000 per annum, £40,300 including OTE uncapped commission, bonus & incentives ⏰ Working Hours: Full-time, 5-day week, Monday – Thursday 9:00 am – 17:00pm, Friday 9:00am – 16:00pm ( NO WEEKENDS! As a dynamic Outbound Sales Specialist, you'll engage with our expansive database of over 200,000 potential charity clients. Your mission is to harness your sales prowess to convert conversations into meaningful actions, helping charities maximise their resources through better utility solutions. Key Responsibilities: * Perform outbound calls to gauge client needs, articulate our unique selling points, and handle objections like a pro. * Making between 70 – 100 calls a day. * Cultivate and manage a personal pipeline, meeting and exceeding KPIs through strategic actions. * Foster enduring relationships that build trust and encourage repeat engagements.
