About the Role:
As a Handover Specialist, you'll provide a tailored handover experience to each customer, ensuring a comprehensive introduction to their vehicle's specifications and features. You'll be instrumental in delivering the highest level of customer care and satisfaction by:
- Offering a personalised and continuous dialogue with customers.
- Working closely with a team to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Handling timely and accurate communications up to and during vehicle delivery.
