is opening in Glasgow and were hiring a hands-on
Store Manager
to lead a team of Sales Consultants. If you love selling big-ticket furniture, thrive on driving KPIs, and want to build something from day one, this is for you.
What youll be doing
Lead, coach and motivate a team of
Sales Consultants
to hit daily/weekly
KPI targets
(conversion, ATV, finance attach, lead capture, NPS).
Deliver an exceptional, design-led customer experience from greeting to close (quotes, finance options, delivery dates, after-sales).
Own the stores
commercial performance : forecasting, action plans, outreach to warm leads, local marketing tie-ins.
Recruit, train and schedule
your team; run daily huddles, 1-to-1s and performance reviews.
Keep the showroom
floor-ready : VM standards, stock checks, ticketing, POS, housekeeping.
Manage
operations : opening/closing, cashing up, rotas, H&S compliance, reporting.
What youll bring
Proven
furniture retail
experience (sofas, beds, cabinetry or other big-ticket home categories).
Track record of
closing sales
and leading by example on a busy shopfloor.
Experience as a
Store/Showroom Manager
or Assistant Manager looking to step up (player/coach style).
Commercially sharp with KPI fluency (conversion %, ATV, UPT, finance, pipeline).
Great people leader: coaching, feedback, and holding standards.
Comfortable working
weekends/bank holidays
as part of your rota.
