Are you a high-performing B2B sales professional ready to break into the booming aesthetic medical device space? This is your chance to join a market leader in advanced non-invasive treatment technology with industry-recognised products, a supportive team, and a massive opportunity for growth.
We\’re hiring a Regional Sales Manager to drive existing and new business, selling a premium suite of capital equipment to Skin Clinics, Dermatologists, and Plastic Surgeons. Youll be supported by a dedicated marketing team providing warm leads and will own the full sales cycle from first visit to close.
What Youll Do:
Identify and develop new business opportunities across your territory
Manage a 46 week sales cycle with high-value solutions (£40k£80k)
Sell to senior decision-makers in clinics and private practices
Work closely with marketing and clinical teams to convert leads into deals
Create and execute a structured sales plan with activity-based forecasting

What Youll Bring:
